Waste water is fed into the ANC at a height from which flows in the IGO, which is separated from the gross impurities. This part is composed of different troughs fitted with automatic fine grids with cell sizes up to 6 mm and a mechanical lattices with the size of cells is 15 mm.

After IGO water is supplied to the biological part of treatment facilities. The biological portion consists of in oxide selector reservoir stabilization stool and two tanks for the activation of the biological mass and septic tanks.

The mass is mechanically mixed in a circle. Flow is carried out directly in the selector or with the flow around. Outflow from the selector in the activation resolved with the possibility of regulation of the vertical gate leakage. Water flows from the selector to an active part through special valves that help to disable one of the tanks to activate (for example, for maintenance and repair). Outflow of water from the reservoirs occurs in a special trough, where the water enters into the septic tanks. In these trenches dosing of chemicals for the treatment from phosphorus is occurred.

There are two vertical circular ponds. Septic tanks along the perimeter fitted with a protective wall of transfusion. Between the tanks there are an underground pump room and the pipes connecting the tanks, and there is room for storage of chemicals and equipment, automatic feeding of chemicals into gutters.

The outflow of purified water from septic tanks is made through the station determining water quality. This station is equipped with a pump which prevents the reverse flow of water in case of flooding.

Zone sludge processing is a system of stabilization of silt.

From the receiver the thick, stabilized, and a special pump mud pumped into separate centrifuge, which is located at the premises of the processing zone of sediment sludge. After that worm-gear dehydrated sludge is fed into containers for land transportation.
